Back to medieval - Alexander McQueen fall 2010

Sara Burton, the right hand of Alexander McQueen finished the collection that had been 80 percent finished at the time of his death.
I liked the extravagance of the 16 outfits and how he tried to make it handcrafted and return back to the things that have been lost in making fashion nowadays.
As you usual I saw the dark, mysterious side in the collection but on the other hand noticed the light and beauty.

In long dresses I thought he emphasized simplicity and calm concentrating on amazing designs of the fabric with religious iconography while keeping something that exists in his previous collections.

Jason Wu spring/summer 2011

I was on Vogue website and found got interested in Jason Wu's latest collection I liked everything about it - pastel colors, materials, big skirts, blazers, small belts around waist and flowers. I thought it was one of the best this season and very chic

The music was prepared by MRWILSONDJ  who became famous when first was invited by Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent. In Jason Wu's blog you can also find the list of the songs that played during the fashion show.

Don't know how the girls did the dance in water but I thought it was amazing!

I haven't been here for so so long but the summer is over and I am back finding new inspiring things:)

The video I saw recently was "Chad White by Justin Wu" and completely fell in love with it.

Justin Wu got hold of a highly recognizable model Chad in his new video.
